No mobile information will be shared or sold with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We retain quote requests and contact messages for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, service any coverage you enroll in, and meet recordkeeping obligations imposed by insurance carriers and state insurance regulators, which can require records to be kept for several years after a policy ends. SMS consent records are retained for as long as we send you text messages and for a reasonable period afterward to demonstrate compliance.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us using the information below. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or tell you what information we have, by emailing admin@ascendhealthgroup.net. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or active insurance recordkeeping obligations even after a deletion request.

The Site may use cookies or similar local storage to remember basic preferences and understand aggregate Site usage. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell data to advertising networks. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect some Site functionality.
