Most people we meet already tried to figure this out alone. They opened the comparison sites, downloaded the brochures, and ended up more anxious than when they started. That’s not a personal failing. The industry writes for itself, not for the people it covers.
So we built the agency we’d want to call: licensed advisors who translate instead of pitch, who show their comparisons in plain language, and who stay reachable long after the enrollment confirmation email.
Because carriers compensate agencies like ours, this guidance costs you nothing extra. Your premium is the same with us or without us. The only difference is whether a professional read the fine print with you first.

Ascend Health Group LLC, doing business as Ascend Group Insurance Agency, is a licensed independent health insurance agency serving clients nationwide. Individual advisors hold active licenses and complete annual continuing education and carrier certifications.
How we work with carriers
We’re independent, which means we represent you across multiple insurance carriers rather than selling for one. Carriers compensate us when you enroll, which is why our guidance never costs you anything extra and your premium is identical to buying direct.
We work with a curated set of carriers and don’t represent every company in the market. If the right fit for you sits outside what we offer, we’ll say so.
